Thank you for your interest and support. We are truly blessed to be living in one of the greatest places in Northern California. Large areas of open space, trails, rural surroundings, stellar schools and proximity to first class services, all contribute to make El Dorado Hills a wonderful place to live. El Dorado Hills is worth protecting and we deserve strong leadership from our local county Supervisor to keep our quality of life second to none.
I have represented El Dorado Hills in the State Assembly for nearly five years. As a mother of six, I want our villages, neighborhoods and parks to be safe places for families to live, work and play. I have fought the release of more criminals back onto our streets. I know the challenges our county will face in the future as less accountability for law breakers and more costs to law abiding citizens is demanded from Sacramento.
As a business owner I know what it means to sign the front of a paycheck. At times, I feel like the government could care less about the businesses that are the economic engine for our state and county. Businesses provide jobs and futures for all of us. I want an El Dorado County that is filled with opportunity and supportive of businesses providing high paying jobs and top notch services.
At the state capitol, I fight a daily battle against wasteful spending and lack of transparency from a government that is supposed to serve us. When State Parks hid money from the public and gave secret vacation pay to employees, I was the first legislator to publicly call for and get an audit. I will not hesitate to protect the taxpayers of El Dorado Hills from wasteful spending and I will be a nonstop advocate for our fair share of county funds.
From Folsom Lake to the Four Seasons, from Bass Lake Road to the Folsom city line, I will deliver leadership on day one. I would be honored to receive your vote for El Dorado County Supervisor District 1 on June 7th.
